"Happy Shopper"
I bought a few things online. The delivery was super quick, ordered on Wednesday and it showed up on Saturday thanks to DPD. Everything was packed really well. I don’t mind shelling out for the delivery charge with service like this.
I’m really pleased with the quality of the lamp and the sheep’s head decoration. I’ll surely be coming back to this company. I feel appreciated as a customer, so big thanks!

"Impressive Cowshed Interiors!"
Cowshed Interiors offers a fantastic range of home decor and furniture on their site. I finally discovered the picture set I had been searching for at an unbeatable price online. They showed up super fast and were packed really well. I had them hung up within two days of placing my order! It's a smooth operation, just like their website. The customer service was top-notch; they truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic shopping experience. Ordering through their site was a breeze, and all my items arrived on schedule, nicely packaged, with prompt delivery updates. "Top-notch quality and service!!"
All the items we've gotten from Cowshed Interiors have been of amazing quality and just what I was looking for, honestly even better than I thought!! "Amazing Support from the Team"
I tried to place an order for something that was out of stock and asked when it might be back. Turns out, it was discontinued. However, I was informed that the last item was still around, just not where it was supposed to be in the stockroom. The staff member reached out to me the next day to let me know it had been found and set aside for me. Truly amazing support—went above and beyond. The item I ordered (an olive wreath) is top-notch and looks fantastic on my front door. I can't recommend this company enough.

"Purchased a set of glass lamps and more..."
I got myself a set of glass table lamps featuring cylinder shades, plus a pair of cazenac lamps. Both sets are just gorgeous!! They were packed really well, which is a blessing when heading to the Isle of Wight!! The customer service was top-notch because when the first set I mentioned arrived, the adaptors were missing. "Ordered a Large Ribbed Lamp Base and Shade"
Hey there! I got myself a large ribbed lamp base along with a shade for my son's birthday. It turned out so nice that I ended up grabbing two more for myself—my son might just be mad at me! I can't say enough good things about this company. They really went the extra mile to provide me with a matching set of bases and shades. AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, I GOT AN ITEM WITH A FLAW IN THE BOTTOM PADS. I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE, AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH IT. IF I WANTED TO RETURN IT, I’D HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK, EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T AS DESCRIBED. IF ANY DAMAGE OCCURRED DURING THE RETURN, I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, OR YOU'LL END UP STUCK WITH IT, EVEN IF IT'S DAMAGED. THEIR ESCAPE CLAUSE IS "THESE ARE HANDMADE AND THERE WILL BE IMPERFECTIONS." I DON'T THINK A POORLY MADE ITEM QUALIFIES AS AN IMPERFECTION.

"Exceptional service that exceeded expectations..."
I had an amazing experience with customer support when I got the wrong lamps by mistake. A team member actually came out and brought me the right ones in less than a day - even on a Sunday! The lamps are gorgeous, super stylish, and the price is just fantastic.

"Cowshed Interiors Are Amazing!"
I’m totally in love with Cowshed Interiors! Just got my first order, and let me tell ya, the quality of the items is way beyond what I thought I’d get for the price - super impressed. "First time leaving a review, but I had to..."
I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I just had to share my experience. Lisa took a lot of time to guide me through the choices for a lampstand and different shades. She even put various shades on the stands and sent me photos via email so I could pick my favorite. Her husband went above and beyond by personally delivering the items to my place.
